Jamal Coombes was found fatally injured on Glycena Road, Battersea
A girl and two boys have been arrested on suspicion of murder following the stabbing of a teenager in Battersea, south-west London.
Jamal Coombes, 17, was found with stab wounds near Lavender Hill at about 04:20 BST on Saturday following reports of an altercation. He died at the scene.
A girl and a boy, both aged 15, were arrested on suspicion of murder on Saturday, and a 14-year-old boy was detained on Sunday, the Metropolitan Police said.
They all remain in custody and detectives continue to appeal for witnesses.
Police officers, paramedics and the London Air Ambulance were called to reports of a stabbing at Glycena Road and found Jamal nearby.
He received medical treatment, but was pronounced dead at the scene. His family has been informed and is being supported by specialist officers, the Met said.
Det Ch Insp Brian Howie from the Metropolitan Police said: "Our thoughts remain firmly with Jamal's loved ones following his tragic death.
"I understand the impact this incident has had on the local community. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to speak with one of our officers on patrol in the area this week."
Howie said detectives believed Jamal's stabbing had followed an altercation and he urged witnesses to come forward.
He said officers especially wanted to hear from people who saw a group of males running in the area - specifically on Glycena Road, Acanthus Road or Pountney Road - between 03:30 and 05:00.
"Any information, no matter how minor it may seem, could prove crucial. CCTV, doorbell or mobile phone footage may provide vital evidence."
