Shirley Billam was found dead at the property
A 92-year-old man has been charged with murder following the death of an 87-year-old woman.
Devon and Cornwall Police was called to Millbrook Lane in Exeter, Devon, on 19 April following reports of a concern for welfare. Shirley Billam was found dead at the property.
Laurence Billam, of Millbrook Lane, is due to appear at Exeter Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
Police said the family was being supported by specialist officers.
